balance, coordination and focus experiences

7Jinn FlowLab experiences can be adapted to a wide variety of events - from private celebrations and corporate gatherings to festivals, camps and community events. Whether indoors or outdoors, every experience is tailored to your venue, audience and event format.

We take care of the equipment and activity coordination, so you can simply enjoy the experience.

SLACKLINE

Balancing on a board placed on a moving roller challenges stability, coordination and quick reactions. As the base constantly shifts, every movement requires precision and control.

Success depends not on strength, but on body awareness, calm reactions and finding your balance.

Develops: balance, reaction time, coordination, stability and confidence in movement.

ROLLA BOLLA
POI

Poi involves spinning weighted objects attached to cords, creating different rhythms, patterns and movement combinations. It requires coordinated hand movements, awareness of direction and the ability to follow rhythm and flow.

Develops: rhythm, hand coordination, focus, movement awareness and creativity.

Kendama is a traditional Japanese skill toy made of a wooden handle, cups and a connected ball. The goal is to perform different tricks by catching and controlling the ball on different parts of the toy.

What looks simple at first quickly becomes a challenge where every new trick requires practice, precision and persistence.

Develops: movement accuracy, reaction time, patience, coordination and focus.

A spinning plate is balanced and controlled on a special stick while participants learn to keep it moving and stable. Although it may look simple at first, success quickly reveals the importance of precision and patience.

It is one of the easiest activities to start with, making the first successful attempt achievable and encouraging participants to keep learning.

Develops: hand-eye coordination, precision, focus and patience.

DIABOLO

Diabolo is a spinning object controlled with two sticks and a string. Performing tricks requires rhythm, speed control and precise movement coordination.

With a long history in circus, street performance and movement arts, diabolo remains a popular skill practice around the world.

Develops: hand coordination, reaction time, spatial awareness, precision and focus.

STILTS

Hacky Sack or a footbag is a small footbag controlled with the feet, with the goal of keeping it in the air for as long as possible. It is easy to start, but improving requires a better sense of movement, timing and control.

It often becomes a shared team challenge, where participants pass the footbag to one another, create their own rules and enjoy the process together.

Develops: foot coordination, reaction time, movement precision, rhythm and teamwork.

Juggling and balance activities develop skills that extend far beyond learning new tricks. Every attempt to stay balanced, catch a moving object or repeat a new movement naturally strengthens focus, coordination, reaction time, body awareness and patience.

These activities encourage people to embrace mistakes as part of the learning process. Most skills are built through repetition, persistence and gradual progress, helping participants improve concentration, overcome challenges and keep trying even when the first attempt doesn't go as planned.

Just as important is the social experience. People naturally support one another, share advice and often surprise themselves with how quickly they achieve something they never thought they could do.

Walking on a tensioned line stretched between two anchor points. Unlike solid ground, the line constantly responds to every shift in body weight, making balance, weight transfer and controlled movement essential.

The first attempts are often brief, but progress comes quickly - from standing for just a few seconds to confidently crossing longer distances.

Develops: balance, focus, body control, patience and concentration.

Walking on adjustable-height stilts turns every step into a balance challenge that requires focus, control and body awareness.

The first attempts are often careful and cautious, but progress quickly brings more stability, confidence and freedom of movement.

Develops: balance, coordination, posture, reaction time and confidence in movement.

FlowLab is more than entertainment. It's an experience that draws people in from the very first moments.

Balance, coordination and focus develop naturally through movement, play and personal achievements.

Everyone joins with different experience, confidence and pace. Whether someone is picking up poi or a spinning plate for the first time or already knows a few tricks, everyone starts from their own point. Some jump in immediately, others prefer to watch first, but before long everyone becomes part of the experience. Small shared achievements create a welcoming atmosphere where people encourage one another, exchange tips and enjoy learning together.

Here, the journey matters more than the outcome. The real reward comes from trying, making mistakes, improving step by step and finally experiencing that moment when something that once seemed impossible suddenly becomes possible.
